The van route through the valleys of the Matarranya is a circuit through nature by motor vehicle to discover in barely over five hours unique landscapes and emblematic places of the river valleys of the Beceite Mountain Passes.
It is a guided activity that covers by van the most interesting places of the river valleys at their headwaters on the Beceite Mountain Passes.
We will visit the Matarranya, Ulldemó and Pena Rivers. First, we will pay a visit to the Parrissal that embraces the Matarranya River, then to the Racó de les Olles, at the River Ulldemó, and finally to the Pena Reservoir, fed by the Pena River. We will make several stops along the way, to get to know the origin, the geology, the fauna and the flora of these beautiful valleys.
A low-difficulty route, recommended for those little used to physical exercise who wish to explore the emblematic places of the river valleys at their waterheads on the Beceite Mountain Passes because, except for small walks, most of the trip takes place by van, at a quiet pace and with stops along the way.
We will start out this guided van route from our offices in Beceite.
